How do I return an item?
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be refunded the total value amount of the item/s returned (excluding postage) as outlined in our Refund Policy.
How much is Shipping?
Our standard shipping cost is $10 (within Australia). All orders over $49.00 qualify for Free Shipping.
Ship outside Australia?
At present, we are unable to ship items overseas.
How long to receive my order?
Please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. In sale periods, please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch.
Some of our products are dispatched directly from Australia, whilst some of our products are dispatched directly from our supplier’s warehouse overseas. This may mean you have to wait a little longer for your parcel to arrive (usually between 14-28 days). Due to external couriers we use, we're unable to guarantee shipping times.
